When you contact us or apply for a vehicle, we collect the information you give us. This can include your name, identity number, contact details, address, employment and income details, and supporting documents such as identity documents, payslips and bank statements.
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, assess your application, run a credit check with a registered credit bureau, and administer any rental agreement we enter into with you. We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only where needed for these purposes, for example with a credit bureau for credit checks and with service providers that host our systems and send our email. They may only use it on our instructions.
